Direct2Hub is a platform that connects buyers to supplier network accounts (wholesale hubs).
We act as a facilitator and digital representative of wholesale markets.
We do not manufacture products listed on the platform.
2. User Eligibility
By using our platform, you confirm that:

3. Orders & Payments

Full payment must be made at the time of order

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase
5. Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our logistics and fulfillment partners (including OpenXmart)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

We provide delivery support but are not responsible for delays caused by external factors
6. Quality Check & Protection

We perform basic quality checks before dispatch (where applicable)

Damage protection is covered under our Refund Policy

Buyers must follow the required process (including unboxing video) to claim refunds
7. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in case of damage during delivery

11. Intellectual Property
